As a partner of CHEM1, you'll be responsible for a specific part of business or a specific division.
Study the new trends in the industry, obtain and analyze clients’ new requirements or demands, support new business development
Collect and analyze industrial data and information, evaluate and find out potential business opportunities, develop new customers, and maintain customer relationship
Manage internal team, lead and inspire team to achieve company’s target
Participate in company’s strategic decisions, and provide industry or market information and valuable inputs
Have passion for consulting
Bachelor’s degree or above with chemical related majors
10+ years working experiences in chemical or petroleum industry, plus 5+ years consulting experience is preferred
Familiar with the governance policies in chemical industry
Able to handle complicated problems, strong execution capability and inter-personal skills
With entrepreneurship and excellent industry insights, can support or develop new business
CHEM1 is located in Beijing, Partner opening is not limited to Beijing.
